Govt constitutes committee to examine seniority issues of members of JK administrative service | KNO

Srinagar, Apr 01 (KNO): The government of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday constituted a committee to examine the issues the seniority issues of the members of Jammu and Kashmir administrative service. According to wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the government accorded sanction to a 4 member committee to examine seniority. As per the order, copy of which lies with KNO, the committee comprising of four members will have to submit the report within one month. The order reads that the committee will work out the possible options for finalizing the seniority list on a normative basis. As per the order the committee will include Hirdesh Kumar, IAS, Chief Electoral Officer, J&K/Commissioner/Secretary to the government Election Department, Simrandeep Singh, IAS Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Farooq Ahmad Lone, IAS Secretary to the Government, GAD and Achal Sethi, Secretary to Movement, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs as its members –(KNO)
